How can I change my ticket?
As experienced travellers ourselves, we know that things change - that’s why many of our tickets allow you to make amendments to your travel dates to get the most out of your time away.
Simply contact us as below and we can tell you about the sorts of options that may be available and what you need to do next.
All changes, where permitted, are subject to the conditions of your ticket, flight availability and applicable fees and charges, which will be advised to you before you confirm.
Please note: not all tickets are changeable and are generally non-refundable after departure. If you wish to make a change to any of your land arrangements, please contact your original agent for options.
Pre-departure ticket changes
For any pre-departure changes, please contact the agent through which you made your original booking.
Post-departure ticket changes
For any post-departure changes you have two options.1. You can contact your agent through which you made your original booking, find their details here: Branch details. Please be mindful of differing time zones and branch open hours.
