Global Vision International (GVI) makes ethical volunteering opportunities available to everyone, with over 150 humanitarian and critical conservation projects around the world.

For more than 10 years. GVI has been sending volunteers away for safe, enjoyable and rewarding experiences. We take pride in having one the largest teams of fully trained field staff and partners within the volunteer travel industry. Through this we can ensure in-country safety and training that is second to none allowing you to really explore local cultures and ecosystems.
GVI runs long-term programs around the world. For example you can join groups on expeditions to gain in-depth training and work as an active member of a research team in some of the world’s most exciting and remote destinations or join smaller projects teaching in the Himalayas. You could even gain a Field Guiding qualification in South Africa.
There really is something for everyone from the team player who wants to join likeminded people working at hands on marine conservation project in the Indian Ocean or the Caribbean, to the individual who wants to spend a year in the African Bush. You can also combine your volunteering with adventurous travel through some of our combination trips, giving you the trip of a lifetime. From as little as one week you can still make a difference.
