Australia visa requirements

Cheap Spring Break Trips from STA Travel
The citizens of most countries (including the UK) are able to travel to Australia visa-free for the first three months of their stay; a tourist visa is required for longer stays.  You will need to have a passport which is valid for at least six months after your scheduled return to enter Australia.

If you’re from an EU country you need to apply for eVisitor – allowing you multiple entry into Australia during a 12 month period, and allowing you to stay for up to three months each time.  eVisitor can be applied for online at least two weeks before you intend to travel, and applicants must be outside of Australia when they apply.  Application is free.

Work & Volunteer Options in Australia

Of course we Aussies don’t need a visa to work here! But how about a change of scenery (or a change of state) perhaps? Ditch your hometown and try working somewhere different in our big brown land!

There are plenty of work and volunteer options in Australia to choose from; work in the Aussie Outback, learn to sail in Sydney, learn to surf in Byron Bay or get your scuba diving PADI certificate on the Great Barrier Reef!
