All changes, where permitted, are subject to the conditions of your ticket, flight availability and applicable fees and charges, which will be advised to you before you confirm. Not all tickets are changeable.
“SATA” tickets are some of our most flexible, often allowing you to change travel dates or, in some cases, even your route. You may even be able to receive credit if you decide not to use your ticket part-way through.
Prior to departure from your home country, date changes may be made directly through STA Travel, providing that the changes fall within the conditions/restrictions of the ticket that you purchased. To make any changes to your ticket after departure, you will need to contact the airline directly
E-Ticket conditions are the same as standard tickets described in the paper tickets section with the exception of the loss of a ticket.
