In as little as 4 days you can become certified as a PADI Open Water Diver -
a diving certification recognised all over the world!
If you’ve never scuba dived before, you’re missing out on over two thirds of the world, literally! Get a PADI scuba license with Deep Sea Divers Den & make the most of the Great Barrier Reef.
They offer every underwater course possible from beginner to specialty training. The courses take place on a three-star hotel liveaboard vessel, and you can even do your course in Japanese or German!

Get your Scuba dive certificate thanks to our mates at Deep Sea Divers Den in Cairns, Tropical North Queensland.
The dive courses run for 4, 5 and 6 days. Regardless of which dive course you do, the first two days are taken up by pool and theory training. After the pool and dive theory training you can spend 2, 3, or 4 days at sea to complete your dive course.

Includes:
2x day trips, all equipment*, city pick up/drop off daily, OW manual, lunch on days 3 and 4 (whilst on board ReefQuest).
4 day PADI Open Water Liveaboard Course

Includes:
2 days/1 night living aboard the OceanQuest, all equipment*, city pick up/drop off daily, OW manual, accommodation and meals whilst on board.
5 day PADI Open Water Liveaboard Course

3 days/2 nights living aboard the OceanQuest, all equipment*, city pick up/drop off daily, OW manual, accommodation and meals whilst on board.
What to bring:
Swim suit and towel every day, money for lunch days 1 & 2, money for soft drinks, snacks etc.
Prerequisites:
Must pass a medical and a swim test - if you're a comfortable swimmer you'll be fine!
