Are you crazy about kids? JCR Intercultural Exchange Programs offer young Aussies the opportunity of a lifetime to go overseas as an Au Pair, Mother’s Help, or qualified Nanny.
There are 3, 6 and 12 month programs available in a number of countries.

International nanny jobs
If you've always dreamed of having kids but still have the need to jet off & work abroad, then the JCR Intercultural Exchange Program is the one for you! You will live with a wonderful host family in one of the following countries: Austria, Belgium, Canada, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Holland, Italy, South Africa, Spain, Taiwan, the UK or USA. JCR offers three types of programs -
- Au Pair - help care for the children, drive them to school and activities, and do light housework.
- Mother’s help - look after the children, drive the children to school and activities, do light housework, family shopping, washing and ironing.
- Qualified Nanny - care for the children, plus everything else that is required for the well being of the children, including light housework,washing and ironing.
Program Inclusions -
- You will live with the host family, with everything provided.
- A car is provided for duties and may sometimes be used for private use.
- USA: Free flight to and from the USA from Sydney or Melbourne
- USA: 32 hours of training including an adult education course about America.
- Depending on which country you apply for, health insurance cover & assistance with your airfare may be provided.
