All Thailand airports have now re-opened. STA Travel ticket change fees will now apply if you wish to change travel dates or cancel. If you have any queries about the situation in Thailand, please visit www.dfat.gov.au
News | Saturday 30 Aug 2008:
Protests in Thailand have affected access to some airports including Bangkok, Phuket, Hat Yai and Krabi and disrupted some rail and air services.
Passengers travelling to Thailand until Monday 1 SEP 2008:
Any date changes or cancellations; STA Travel will not charge any STA Travel fees including cancellation and date changes to make amendments for these bookings. However, STA Travel will still be charging airline cancellation and or date change fees until otherwise advised by the airline which will most likely be on Monday.
