Welcome to Vorovoro Island
This is your chance to join a unique tribe and help build both an online and real-life community. It's an opportunity to join a virtual meeting of minds that will generate a new kind of utopian existence, from the comfort of your own computer. As a tribal member you will have the chance to visit one of the most beautiful islands on earth, knowing you've contributed to the development of its ecological community. This is your moment to make history on a tiny ripple of rock, jungle and sand in the middle of the South Pacific Ocean. It is Tribewanted's aim to create a sustainable and ecological community on Vorovoro Island and to encourage tribe members to actively take part in this challenge.

Vorovoro is a spectacular eruption of land; a short plane, bus & boat ride from Nadi, Fiji’s international airport. Over 200 acres of cliff-topped jungle and palm-fringed paradise surges out of the crystal blue South Pacific ocean. This Island will be the tribe’s home for three years as they write their own adventure story!
There is currently availability every week of the project until it ends in 2009. However, with the recent vote limiting pre-booked tribe members to 30 lucky inhabitants at any one time, it is likely that availability during certain times of the year will disappear.
Chief Tui Mali and his family welcome the tribe to their idyllic and dramatic home, where freshly caught seafood and island-grown fruits and vegetables are served daily.
Local Attractions include Cakalevu reef, the 3rd largest barrier reef in the world! And for all you surfers & adventure lovers alike, there are some major off-shore surf breaks, not to mention the rest of Fiji at your fingertips...
