About me:
I got hooked on travel at 21 and have crammed an awful lot into the last 5 years. Originally from California, I have left my beloved state to live here in New Zealand and experience all that it has to offer!

- Middle East: Turkey, Egypt and Jordan
- South Pacific: Australia, New Zealand and Fiji

About me: Born and raised in the beautiful Aotearoa, I was schooled in Auckland before heading south to Otago for uni including a semester in Hawaii (which did nothing to quell my love of surfing... surf, sun and bikinis!) After uni I headed to Europe and North America for my OE adventure.

Travel tips:
- Take a pocket knife.... but not in your carry on luggage ;)

About me: Left for my OE in 2000 and based myself in Scotland for two and a half years, which was fantastic. I have travelled extensively and six years at STA Travel fuels my obsession! My big trips have included 3 months around Europe, 2 months around the USA, 1 month through Central America and lots of shorter trips!

My travel tips:
Be prepared to laugh at anything. Things are always going to go wrong and as long as you can give a wry smile, things will seem easier... even if you can't manage it till a couple of days later :)

About me: Kiwi born with Canadian decent, I started my travels in Queenstown... not so far from home, but that's where I got my passion for travel. It was then off to Canada, where I spent my time skiing and hiking.

Africa: South Africa, Botswana, Namibia, Zambia

Recommended destinations: Namibia & South Africa: from the hottest deserts of Namibia to the culture and night life of Cape Town.  Namibia also has some fantastic local beers on offer...
