*Terms & Conditions - Our PBG applies to all Contiki Summer & Winter 2012 tours offered by high street, on-line travel agents and any Expo’s.
How it works:
1. If you find your Contiki trip that is available to the general public from another high street travel agent, on-line agent or Expo
2. You need to obtain a printed confirmation of the competitor travel agents Contiki quote on headed paper equivalent (i.e. print out of web page at final payment stage), with Contiki’s price including all fees and charges, booking reference, booking conditions, travel dates, number of passengers, tour description and date of quote clearly shown. The guarantee is against the competitors initial quote only. We will not enter into an ongoing negotiation on price after the first quote is bettered.
3. Come back to your STA Travel shop on the same day you received the quote.
4. Show STA Travel staff the printed confirmation of the Contiki quote.
5. If you have paid STA Travel more for your Contiki Summer & Winter 2012 trip we will refund the difference, plus we will give you an extra $100.
6. Payment will be in form of a STA Travel voucher and valid for 12 months from the date of issue.
7. The price match will be calculated after the application of any STA Travel discounts, offers or vouchers in place at the time (for example, if there was a money off offer this would be applied and the resulting to calculate the price match).
8. Price guarantee can only be applied to Contiki Summer & Winter 2012 trips and not applicable to any last minute offer bookings.
9. Offer only available on new bookings from 1st Feb 2012
10. Offer valid only until 29th Feb 2012
