Think twice

It was very close to Old Havana, where the main tourist street Obispo is; you could walk there in 10mins. However, the rooms are very basic, and are not quite clean. For example it is very easy to find other people's hair in the bed or on the floor! In all honesty the hotel, whilst not overtly bad made me want to itch!! The window did not close properly, so there was always a constant draft - great for drying clothes, but not so great in the evening when it gets cool. There was lots of mould on the shower curtain and the tiles around the shower/bath, which is always a bonus (not)!! The maid and restaurant staff were nice, but some members of the reception were rude and unhelpful. Basically you get what you pay for. More like a 2 star than 3...or maybe i'm just picky!

It's ideal if your after a basic accomadation. However, the staff in the reception have very little English so be prepared with your spanish!

Breakfast was pretty plentiful, and the location was exceptional - 5 mins walk to Prado, Parque Centrale and El Capitolio, and even less to the Malecon.

A great budget option only a short walk away from Havana Vieja. Start your day with a simple, yet filling breakfast on the roof terrace and enjoy views around the whole of Havana and help you get your bearings around the city.

Zentrale Lage, wenige Minuten bis zum Malecon. Einige Zimmer haben Balkon, von denen aus man das Treiben auf der Strasse beobachten kann.
