The staff were very friendly and the hotel is in a great location. With a very vigilant security patrolling the lobby 24hrs a day, you always feel very safe. The internet room doesn't always work, but there are plenty of other hotels nearby that you can use. The rooms are generally very clean. However it is a bit of pot luck as to whether you get a room that is in good condition or one in a slight state of disrepair - for example a heavily cracked and off-balance sink, and makeshift shower rail. Despite these things the rooms are very hospitable and you can easily relax in them, without checking in the bed for hairs or under it for cockroaches!

The location is perfect and the staff are very friendly. They offered us great advice on how best to see the city and helped us when we could not find a ATM to withdraw money from. The breakfast had a really good variety and the Mojitos served in the bar are amazing

Beautiful antique feel to the place. My room had a/c which was required most days. So easy to get around from the travel agents, Bank teller & Hotel shop in Foyer. Short walk to the water. Absolutely delightful staff - they made sure to help me out in any way possible.
