We loved this hotel. Everyone was so friendly and helpful. Hotel room was HUGE!! We stayed an extra night as we liked Paradise so much! There was water sport actitivies available right on the door step and I went parasailing and jet skiing for the first time. There is also a massage therapist at the hotel who is really good. What was brilliant about the beach, which paradise had direct access to, was that there was only hotel guests on it, it wasn't accessed by the general public. It wasn't far from the night markets, got a taxi up there and didn't cost us much. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Paradise.

Terrible hotel, rooms dirty and stank of smoke. Bad showers. Hotel very unauthentic, no signs of locality in malaysia. predominantly full of middle eastern muslim families and very uncomfortable to swim or sunbathe in anything other than a burka. Hotel messed up bill and took 45mins to rectify it when checking out without any apology.

This resort style hotel is fairly sweet in terms of style and comfort. Pools are very nice and the staff (especially at the bar) are awesome. Its a hotel i would reccomend if you were here with a partner and wanted to relax a bit. Alot of couples, majority of which were middleaged or older. If your after a party area, i would reccomend staying in George Town which is only 10-15minutes down the road but that is where its more happening in terms of atmosphere, parties etc.
