Even though this Hostel is in Cottesloe beach not Perth as stated, it is equidistant between Perth & Freemantle, which are easily accessable by bus & train. Cottesloe beach itself is lovely, very chilled with good surfing & a nice couple of bars, for a great night out though i would reccommend Freemantle with it's many bars (including 3 brewpubs) & great restaurants. Please be aware though that a cab from the airport to this hostel is around $30 one way !!

Great if you want to relax and hit the beach during the day. Not a good place to stay if you don't have the weather (definately a summer place).

The beach is one of the best i've seen in west oz and its right across the road. constant party when i was there (though it was the weekend). good bars nextdoor although i would only suggest a short stay, theres not much else around. staff were not very helpful. worth staying to watch the sun set

Um Badeferien zu machen ist die Unterkunft gut, da sie nur wenige Gehminuten vom Strand entfernt liegt. Unterhalb gibt es zwei Bars mit schöner Aussicht auf das Meer. Um in die Stadt zu gehen und Einkaufen, Besichtigung, Restaurants etc. muss man den Bus nehmen (ca. 40 min.) Wunderschöner Strand zum Surfen und relaxen, aber ansonsten nicht ideal. Personal unfreundlich. Alkoholverbot.

The staff were excellent. Really helpful and friendly. And we loved Milly the dog!
