Japan Holiday Visa requirements
Visas are not required for Australians entering Japan for less than 90 days for tourism. All foreign nationals, including permanent residents of Japan, are required to have their fingerprints electronically scanned and are photographed upon arrival in Japan. Japan Working Holiday Visa
Australians between the ages of 18 and 30 can apply for a working holiday visa, which allows you to stay and work for up to 6 months.
