Before you go

Upon arrival

Duration:
Minimum 4-6 months
To be eligible:
• Must hold an Australian passport valid for entire stay
• Must apply on or before 31st birthday
• No criminal convictions/charges pending that affect admissibility to Canada
• Declare any serious medical conditions that may affect admissibility
• Proof of approximately AU$4,000 in available funds
• Must not include family members on your SWAP application
• Must be booked with an STA Travel airfare
