How long does it take to travel to Egypt?

Settle in for the long haul, because flights from Australia to Egypt take about 26 hours. Alternatively, if you're planning on a trip to Europe, you could take a flight from London only takes 4.5 hours!

Do I need a visa to travel to Egypt?

If you're visiting Egypt as a tourist, you would need a visa. Visas obtained on arrival at Egyptian airports are valid for 30 days. Your passport must be valid for 6 months after you plan to leave Egypt. If you plan on staying longer than 30 days - contact the Egypt embassy for more details.
