UK beer prices


The obligatory pint of beer in a British pub can set you back $5 to $10 depending on where in the UK you are. Expect to pay more in cities, London tops the pint prices whereas Herefordshire in the West Midlands is the cheapest place to drink.

Average pub meals in the UK cost between $10-$20, restaurant prices range from $20-$35. London restaurants and pubs are a bit more pricey but street food delicacies can be found in many parts of the city and cost $7-$12.

A 3km taxi ride in the UK costs on average $8 but fares differ greatly between cities and especially London and Aberdeen can set you back $11-$15 for the same journey.



Travel on buses and subways in cities costs $3-$6, intercity coach travel starts at $10 if you want to get from city to city. To travel independently, you can book a campervan with us from $37pp per day.
